When an athlete “flags” in our Team Program, sometimes it helps to to get a deep look at an athletes recovery status. There are few tools better than a 24 to 48 hour monitoring session. In the session the athlete wears a device that records their heart rate and heart rate variability the entire time.
The device is then downloaded an the results are compiled in a report that we use to develop a plan for change.
